Transition of Lido on Solana further support and development from Chorus One to P2P team, due to Chorus One willing to focus on on its staking infrastructure business.
Lido on Avalanche

Hyperelliptic Labs and RockX propose an expansion of the family of Lido liquid staking protocols into Avalanche family of blockchains.
Lido on Polygon
Lido-on-X
Creation of liquid staking solution for Polygon (ex. Matic) network by join forces of Shard Labs and Lido similar to Lido stETH token.
Lido Kusama+Polkadot

Expansion of the Lido liquid staking ecosystem to Polkadot and Kusama miltichain networks with creation of corresponding liquid staking tokens stDOT and stKSM.

LDO treasury diversification round 1 part 1
General
100M LDO (10% of supply) to be sold by the DAO treasury at a purchase price equal to 21,600 ETH. 70M to be sold to Paradigm, 30M to other strategic participants (please see treasury diversification part2).

LDO treasury diversification round 1 part 3

During previous diversification round three angel investors weren’t able to make the purchase in one-month time frame. We’re proposing to set up purchase contract to give them option to make the purchase, with total amount of 462962.9629629634 LDO for 100.0000000000001 ETH.
LDO treasury diversification round 2
General
Original proposal was to sell 20M LDO for $29M DAI (10M to DragonFly and 10M to other strategic participants). As a result of thorough discussion with the community new proposal to sell 10M LDO to DragonFly was introduced (another round is yet to be announced). Price was updated + vesting period was introduced, resulting in 10M LDO vested for 24.3M DAI to DragonFly.
Depositor bot funding in Ethereum
General
Compensation of gas expense for running the depositor bot. The depositor bot executes deposit transactions while also checking the current gas price on Ethereum to avoid spending an unnecessary amount of ETH during short term gas price spikes. 1-st compensation 130 ETH 2-nd compensation 235.8 ETH

Easy Track release
Governance
Release of the new Easy Track governance feature for the Lido DAO. The feature is designed to lower voting fatigue from recurring Aragon votings and make the DAO routine operations easier. Examples of what it can do: • increasing node operators’ staking limits • allocating funds to LEGO program • allocating funds to ongoing reward programs • managing the list of ongoing reward programs

reWARDS committee formation

Create a governance committee dedicated to managing, deploying, tracking and reporting incentives for Lido assets. Allow the committee autonomy to deploy allocated rewards budget as they see fit with monthly reporting on the decision-making process and community feedback. 1-st month budget 6,000,000 LDO.
Define Core Contributor Role for Lido: Master of Validators

This proposal defines role of Master of Validators and it’s proposed duties, compensation, and incentive awards. By the corresponding Snapshot Isidoros Passadis (Izzy) engaged into this role.
Referral program launch

Launch of the Referral program. The proposed size of the Reward Pool is 15m LDO. The proposed LDO Token Reward is 15 LDO for 1 ETH staked. It means that if a Referee stakes 10 ETH, her/his/its Referrer is rewarded with 150 LDO Tokens.
